MacBookPro: Outlook is on my dock but Alt or long press reveals pop up with Open and Options (open at Login, Show in Finder, Remove from Dock) So, open Applications, choose Microsoft Office 2011 folder and then select the Office folder and find Microsoft Database Utility.app This is where you will find the rebuild option. Ctrl+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents. Open Contents SharedSupport, and then launch Outlook Profile Manager. Select Create a new profile and then enter a name for the new profile.
